Insta360 X6 Launches as 3-in-1 Camera with AI Editing
Insta360 has just launched its top-of-the-line X6 360-degree camera, designed to serve as a 360 camera, a gimbal for tracking subjects, and a single-lens action camera all in one. This new model boasts dual custom Sony Type 1/1.1 square sensors, which provide 33% more sensor area compared to the X5 and capture four times more light per frame. It runs on a powerful 8-core 3.3GHz 4nm processor, along with two imaging chips, enhancing computing power by 500%, speeding up processing by 106%, and reducing power consumption by 35%. With features like native Dolby Vision HDR, 10-bit color, and a bright 2.32-inch OLED display, it records 140 minutes of 8K30fps video, lasting 51% longer than the X5. The X6 is waterproof up to 20 meters and can reach 60 meters with a special case. Lenses are also more durable and cheaper to replace. It includes InstaFrame technology for better subject tracking and can shoot in various modes, reaching up to 5K at 60fps. Additionally, it features PanoMind, an AI that helps create highlight clips directly on the camera. You can get the X6 starting August 12 for $699, available in black or white.
