Insta360 Unveils Luna Pro and Ultra Cameras at NAB 2026, Challenging DJI's Osmo Pocket

At the NAB 2026 event in Las Vegas, Insta360 previewed its new Luna Pro and Luna Ultra cameras, developed in collaboration with Leica. These devices feature Type 1 image sensors, f/1.8 lenses with variable focal lengths, and 10-bit color processing. The dual-lens Ultra model promises enhanced telephoto capabilities. Insta360's move directly targets DJI's Osmo Pocket 4 series, intensifying competition between the two Chinese tech companies. Both firms are currently engaged in patent litigation.
