The Mansion at the Kentucky Derby, a lavish venue beyond Millionaires Row, provides an exclusive experience for 300 distinguished guests, with ticket prices starting at $60,000 each. Attendance is strictly by invitation, with notable past guests including Simone Biles, Jonathan Owens, and Shaboozey. This year marks the debut of the 10,000-square-foot facility, following a $30 million renovation completed in 2025. Situated on the sixth floor of Millionaires Row, it boasts an updated layout and elegant decor. According to Churchill Downs CEO Bill Carstanjen, it offers a unique level of personalization. Entry is through a plain wooden door leading to a private elevator stocked with Champagne. Social media influencer Griffin Johnson, whose horse Silent Tactic was withdrawn due to injury, commended the Mansion for its seclusion amidst 150,000 attendees. The Kentucky Derby, now celebrating its 152nd year, is recognized as the longest-running sporting event in North America. Mansion amenities include a private betting area, a cocktail bar serving over 125,000 mint juleps, a library, all-day gourmet menus from flown-in chefs, a seafood cart featuring Alaskan king crab, white shrimp, and Nova Scotia lobster, a Chanel counter with a makeup artist and seamstress, and a dedicated betting advisor. A ticket to the Mansion also allows access to the paddock, where guests can meet trainers like Brad Cox, who trains Commandment and Further Ado.
