He earns nothing but hopes to work for Swift. Dr. Georgia Carroll, a fandom expert, notes that these accounts have made once-niche fan surveillance mainstream and intense. Publicist Claire Powell, with 30+ years in the industry, says the constant scrutiny is hard on celebrities, comparing it to traditional paparazzi relationships.
