Inrestudio's 100 Windows House in Hanoi Uses Double-Layered Facade for Multigenerational Living
Inrestudio, located in Hanoi, has finalized the construction of 100 Windows, a 639-square-metre home designed for two generations and three families, situated near the Red River in Vietnam. This residence boasts a terracotta-hued, double-layered facade with irregular openings, tailored for the tropical climate and potential future developments. It offers private outdoor areas and air filtration systems. Elevated on dark concrete, it links to an external patio, swimming pool, and ground-floor living spaces. Bedrooms and an adaptable second living area occupy the upper two levels. The double-skin facade includes shelving and ventilation, while the interiors feature dark timber flooring and exposed concrete ceilings. A terrace beneath terracotta beams crowns the rooftop.
