INLAND's Shepherdology exhibition at Künstlerhaus Stuttgart explores pastoralism
The art collective INLAND Campo Adentro presents 'Shepherdology' at Künstlerhaus Stuttgart, examining pastoralism as both material and metaphorical practice. The collective directly engages with pastoral life, owning a flock of sheep and goats considered full members. They follow the annual cycle of seasonal pastures from valley to mountains, and into a park in central Madrid where they built a Forest Flock Classroom. INLAND also operates a Shepherd's School, the only one of its kind.
