Ingrid Haug Erstad Appointed Director of Bergen Assembly

Ingrid Haug Erstad has been appointed as the new general manager and director of Bergen Assembly, as announced by the organization’s executive board. She has been the interim director since 2018, taking over from Haakon Thuestad. Erstad is thrilled about the opportunity to guide the institution's growth and is looking forward to leading the next edition from start to finish. With a background in art history and curation, she kicked off her career at Bergen Kunsthall. Before joining Bergen Assembly to prepare for its third edition, Actually, the Dead Are Not Dead in 2019, she was involved in numerous projects across Europe and the U.S. This news was released on February 18, 2020.
