Inglis Hall launches Larder cupboard spotted by Jay Osgerby

architecture-design · 2026-05-13

Inglis Hall, a British kitchen brand, has introduced its Larder cupboard, a solid wood cabinet initially intended for tool storage in the company's workshop. Designer Jay Osgerby, who found the piece, chose it for his personal country kitchen, leading the brand to offer it as a custom-made item. This freestanding larder exceeds two metres in height and comes in oak, larch, or walnut finishes. Its doors can open a full 180 degrees, converting it from a sleek architectural element into an impressive display case. The dimensions of the cabinet are 1100 x 2131 x 456 millimetres. It is featured on the Dezeen Showroom platform, which enables brands to present new products to a worldwide audience.
