Indonesian collective Taring Padi completes artistic residency with Brazil's Landless Workers Movement
The Brazilian Landless Workers Movement (MST) hosted the Indonesian group Taring Padi for a two-week residency at the National Florestan Fernandes School (ENFF) in Guararema, São Paulo. The residency concluded with a panel discussion titled "Retomar nossa terra," held on April 20 at ENFF and April 21 at Armazém do Campo, focusing on issues of land exploitation and biodiversity. Established in 1998, Taring Padi prioritizes collaborative creation. The project also tackled topics such as corruption and environmental degradation, with translation assistance provided.
