Reddy also taught at institutions like New York University's Graphics and Printmaking. His works are held in prestigious collections, including Tate Britain and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1972, and his art is currently showcased in Bauhaus Imagista at The National Museum of Modern Art in Kyoto.
