India Pavilion at Venice Biennale Inaugurated by Culture Minister
At the 60th Venice Biennale, Union Minister of Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat officially opened the India Pavilion. Entitled 'The Weaving of a Home,' this pavilion is curated by Amin Jaffer and is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Culture, the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), and the Serendipity Arts Foundation. The exhibition reinterprets the notion of home through modern art, showcasing works by Indian artists that delve into themes such as memory, displacement, and belonging.
