Immaterial/Re-material: A Brief History of Computing Art Opens at UCCA Beijing
Immaterial/Re-material. A Brief History of Computing Art, an exhibition showcasing electronic art from the 1960s to today, has launched at UCCA Center for Contemporary Art in Beijing, set to continue until January 17, 2021. Curated by Jerome Neutres and Ara Qiu, the show highlights the work of 29 artists, including trailblazers like Frieder Nake, Vera Molnar, Harold Cohen, and Edmond Couchot, as well as contemporary talents such as Memo Akten, Refik Anadol, Quayola, and rising Chinese creators Yang Yongliang, aaajiao, and Fei Yining.
