Ilford Pan F Plus Now Available in 4×5 and 8×10 Sheet Film

other · 2026-05-07

Harman Technology has introduced Ilford Pan F Plus, a black-and-white film with an ISO of 50, now available for the first time in 4×5 and 8×10 sheet formats. This ultra-fine-grain emulsion, celebrated for its sharpness and high contrast, expands Ilford's professional sheet film offerings, which already include HP5 Plus, FP4 Plus, Delta 100, and Ortho Plus. Previously, Pan F Plus was only accessible in 35mm and 120 roll formats, a demand highlighted by Giles Branthwaite, Sales & Marketing Director at HARMAN Technology, as a favorite among large format photographers. The launch coincides with recent moves by OptiColour and Kodak into the large format sheet film market. A pack of 25 sheets in 4×5 retails for approximately $88, while 8×10 costs around $275, with sales commencing today.
