Igorrr's 'ADHD' Video Combines AI and 3D for a Psychedelic Thriller

Gautier Serre, founder of the avant-garde musical project Igorrr, has released a new music video titled 'ADHD' for the single of the same name, which anticipates the upcoming album 'Amen' scheduled for release on September 26, 2025. The video, directed (or 'butchered') by the collective Meat Dept., follows a middle-aged man suffering from insomnia who seeks help from a psychiatrist, leading to a hallucinatory journey involving experimental drugs, anthropological studies, mysterious brains, and military operations. The video is shot in a style reminiscent of 1950s American films and pays homage to Hitchcock's 'Spellbound' (1945), whose sets were designed by Salvador Dalí. Notably, the video combines 3D and artificial intelligence to create grotesque, hypnotic, and surreal visuals. The use of AI is thematically linked to the brain, as neural networks mimic human brain function, and serves as a metaphor for collective pathological conditions of distraction and overstimulation in contemporary society. The track itself blends baroquecore with syncopated IDM rhythms reminiscent of Squarepusher and Aphex Twin, paired with baroque melodies.
