IED Firenze and Roma Launch Masters for Contemporary Art Professionals
IED Firenze and IED Roma offer three Master's programs in Curatorial Practice, Museum Education, and Arts Management, designed to train hybrid professionals for the contemporary art system. The Master in Curatorial Practice, led by Arturo Galansino and Daria Filardo, culminated in the exhibition "Bones of Tomorrow" at Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi and ex Teatro dell'Oriuolo, featuring Georgian artist Andro Eradze's first institutional solo show in Italy. The Master in Museum Education produced the podcast series "Dominae" at Museo Sant'Orsola, recovering forgotten female stories. The Master in Arts Management, active in both cities, involved students in the Videocittà Awards at Palazzo dei Congressi. IED also introduces a new three-year Illustration program and summer courses.
