IED and Artribune launch Poliedrico, a new online section on art school life

Artribune has launched Poliedrico – Storie da IED, a new special section on its website dedicated to documenting life at an art and design school. The section will feature videos, photos, news, and impressions, accompanied by Instagram stories, showcasing how student creativity is stimulated during courses through brief accounts from students, professors, guests, and staff. The initiative is illustrated by EUTOPIA, a project by Larisa Pantazi, Giacomo Rossi, Corrado Tribioli, and Adriano Tiveron, which transformed Palazzo Merulana into a physical Metaverse through dystopian interactive installations. Created during the 2021/2022 academic year as part of the broader INTELLIGENZA COLLETTIVA – Contemporary Cluster program, EUTOPIA turned visitors into protagonists whose interactions affected the environment in a semi-dark space with works on space, light, and color. The group acted as both Art Director and UX/UI Designer, merging web and new media technology with visual communication—skills from IED Roma's Media Design three-year course. This transmedia approach also led to the collective exhibition Denoise at Careof in Milan last September.
