i8 Office Building in Munich's Werksviertel by C.F. Møller

C.F. Møller has completed i8, a 20,000 m² office building in Munich's Werksviertel district, Germany. The hybrid timber construction is designed to improve the building's life cycle assessment (LCA) and indoor climate. Collaborators include RKW Architektur+, Merz Kley Partner, BWP Ingenieure GmbH, and Drees & Sommer. The project was curated by Hadir Al Koshta and photographed by Yohan Zerdoun. Completion is set for 2025.
