Hyphen Projects launches curator residency in Milan
A new residency for curators, Hyphen PROJECTS, has been established in Milan. This initiative, created by Raffaella Randon, a curator and art advisor from London, along with Milan's gallerist Andrea Zardin and entrepreneur Edoardo Graziadei, is designed to offer independent curators an opportunity for unrestricted research, free from institutional and commercial pressures. Each residency spans two weeks and concludes with an exhibition. The inaugural resident, Attilia Fattori Franchini, is a curator and critic who splits her time between London and Vienna. Her exhibition, titled "It might include or avoid feelings," opens on November 12, 2019, at Via Olona 25, showcasing works by various artists and examining themes of architecture, design, consumerism, and power. Hyphen will operate in Milan for one year before relocating.
