Hypermaremma returns with Maurizio Nannucci's light installation on Rocca Aldobrandesca

The fourth edition of Hypermaremma, the environmental contemporary art festival in Tuscany, continues with Maurizio Nannucci's light installation 'Ships that pass in the night' on the facade of Rocca Aldobrandesca in Talamone (Grosseto), inaugurated on June 4. The festival, founded by gallerist Giorgio Galotti (DAMA, Turin), Carlo Pratis (Operativa, Rome), and architect Matteo d'Aloja (Ghella), aims to promote southern Tuscany's landscape and archaeological heritage through art and music. Nannucci's work, funded by Astamaremma's proceeds in Capalbio, evokes the vastness of sea and sky. It follows Giuseppe Gallo's 'I giocolieri dell'armonia' (April 16, Spiaggia della Tagliata, Ansedonia), a giant installation of 12 human profiles dancing on sand. Upcoming interventions include Francesco Cavaliere's performance with a brass sculpture at the Comitium in Cosa (Ansedonia) on June 25, then Claudia Comte, Gianni Politi, and Guglielmo Maggini.
