Hypermaremma Festival Returns for Third Edition with Site-Specific Works Across Tuscany

The contemporary art festival Hypermaremma, now in its third edition, commenced in Tuscany with Mandalaki's LED artwork titled 'Hymn to the Sun' showcased at Torre di Talamonaccio. This event will continue until October 2021, presenting site-specific installations throughout the Maremma area, including the Bay of Talamone and Orbetello Lagoon. By October, a 10-meter-high fountain created by Giuseppe Ducrot will be erected at Macchia Tonda. The Hypermaremma Station, which used to be a mozzarella factory, acts as an information hub. Notable contributions include 'Amnios' from Hippocampus Residency, performances by Agnes?, Malù Dalla Piccola, and Gaia de Megni, along with works by Michela de Mattei, Emiliano Maggi, Moira Ricci, and Mario Airò. The festival seeks to connect with local communities.
