Humboldt Books Celebrates 10 Years of Time Travel Series with 25th Title
On October 22, 2025, Humboldt Books will celebrate two significant achievements: the launch of 'Mosca 1962' by Andrea Branzi and the tenth anniversary of its Time Travel series, which also marks the release of its 25th title. Since its inception in 2015, this series has transformed 20th-century travel narratives by intertwining photography, literature, and memory, starting with Gabriele Basilico's unpublished work 'Iran 1970.' It has evolved into a rich tapestry showcasing the perspectives of photographers, architects, artists, and filmmakers, including Ugo Mulas and Mario Schifano. Archival research is vital, involving collaboration with heirs and institutions. Celebratory events will include a talk at Triennale Milano on November 1 and an exhibition in Milan from November 4 to 9.
