House Jeviò by DB Estudio de Arquitectura in Bolivia
DB Estudio de Arquitectura designed House Jeviò in Bolivia, completed in 2024. The 596 m² residence takes its name from a large Jevió tree on the site, which inspired the design. The L-shaped floor plan maximizes garden space by placing the house against one property boundary. Two slightly offset rectangular volumes are visible from the front facade, with the perpendicular volume extending nearly to the end of the site. Key principles include order, modulation, rhythm, and spatial continuity. Lead architects are Daniela Bejarano Vaca, Dayane Vega Garcia, Rodrigo Farell, and Guillermo Soto. Construction resident was Daivid Guillermo Sotomayor Vasquez. Photographs by Paul Renaud.
