Horti 14: Rome hotel opens with street art by Lucamaleonte
In Rome's Trastevere district, the Horti 14 hotel will open on June 1, 2018, featuring street art by Roman artist Lucamaleonte (born 1983). The concept, developed by creative agency nufactory and architect Stabili Architetti, integrates art from the architectural design stage. Lucamaleonte created original works for each of the 17 rooms, inspired by the nearby Orto Botanico's 17 areas. The hotel spans two levels: the ground floor reception and hall evoke botanical laboratories, while the first floor café and terrace overlook the botanical garden. A large rooftop terrace serves as an Italian garden extension. The hotel is located at Via di San Francesco di Sales, 14.
