Heritage Games: L.A.R.P. and Urban Gaming at Matera 2019 Festival N*Stories
The Associazione Culturale Il Vagabondo coordinates Heritage Games during Matera's tenure as European Capital of Culture, featuring a Live Action Role Playing (L.A.R.P.) game and urban games from June 13 to 18, 2019, as part of the Festival N*Stories. Activities include Trial of the Shadowcasters, a role-playing game created by artists Mike Pohjola and Bjarke Pedersen; Martel.IA, a game-show combining the La Martella neighborhood with Artificial Intelligence, played via WhatsApp chat with a robot; the urban game Penombra; and Vagaplay, starting from Piazza San Francesco.
