Hannah Perry's Hard Love opens at TICK TACK in Belgium
British artist Hannah Perry (born 1984 in Chester) presents her first solo exhibition in Belgium at TICK TACK gallery in Antwerp. Titled Hard Love, the show features a new site-specific installation spanning the gallery's three floors. Perry's practice integrates sculpture, sound, moving image, and installation to create immersive environments where industrial materials, bodily forms, and emotional states converge. Drawing on personal histories and dreamlike fragments, her work explores themes of construction, labor, intimacy, gender, social background, and the mind-body relationship. The installation oscillates between joy and melancholy, using material form to convey shared emotional experience.
