Habitat Hub: Arquid Renovates 1,000 sqm Office and Restaurant in Belgium

Arquid has completed the comprehensive renovation of Habitat Hub, a 1,000-square-meter office and restaurant within a larger 16,000-square-meter building rehabilitation in Belgium. Curated by Valentina Díaz, the project transforms an existing space into a contemporary and adaptable work environment that responds to evolving patterns of professional activity and social interaction. Key objectives include ensuring compliance with Belgian fire safety regulations and significantly improving workplace quality compared to the previous configuration. The design team, Arquid, focused on creating a flexible interior that balances functionality and aesthetics.
