Gustav Klimt Immersive Show Opens in Friuli Shopping Mall
The Tiare Shopping center in Villesse, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, is hosting an immersive multimedia exhibition dedicated to Gustav Klimt, the founder of the Vienna Secession. The show, titled "Gustav Klimt. Sinfonia di arte immersiva," takes place in the EmotionHall of the Meeting Place and features digital installations that project Klimt's works without displaying original artworks. The project is curated by artist Stefano Fake, who directed the multimedia production, and includes music by Strauss, Mahler, Mozart, and Beethoven. Giuliana Boiano, Meeting Place Manager of Tiare Shopping, expressed enthusiasm for expanding cultural offerings to unconventional venues, also in view of Gorizia and Nova Gorica as European Capital of Culture 2025. The exhibition is organized in collaboration with Civita Mostre e Musei, a major Italian cultural institution. The interactive displays use light and mirrors to immerse visitors, aiming to both marvel and educate.
