Guggenheim Abu Dhabi Sets December 11 Opening After 20-Year Delay

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation has announced that its long-delayed Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, designed by Frank Gehry, will open on December 11. The announcement comes after 20 years of delays and allegations of migrant worker abuse. In other news, unionized workers at the Victoria and Albert Museum's East Storehouse location voted unanimously to strike over alleged 'Amazon-style' working conditions, including insufficient time for toilet breaks and water.
