Group Exhibition Explores Human Relationships with Water at Canvas
Canvas presents 'An Ocean in Every Drop', a group exhibition examining humanity's multifaceted relationship with water. The show features works by 17 artists including Jumana Emil Abboud, Raven Chacon, Sohrab Hura, and Thảo Nguyên-Phan. Curated by Rahul Gudipudi and Nora Razian, the exhibition addresses water as a source of life, culture, and history, while also confronting contemporary crises of drought, floods, and rising sea levels. A preview is scheduled for September 21, 2022, from 6-8 PM, followed by a conversation with artists Daniel Otero Torres, Karan Shrestha, Fatima Uzdenova, and the curators at 6 PM in the Project Space.
