Gravity Ease Contract at Halle am Berghain, Berlin

Curated by David Douard, the group exhibition Gravity Ease Contract at Halle am Berghain in Berlin features artists who draw on personal experiences to reflect the outside world as seen through the cracks of private spaces. The works incorporate fragments of music, video, and popular culture that seep into daily life, presented without commentary. In response to confrontational reality, chimeras, creatures, and avatars emerge as acts of political resistance. Identity is explored through doppelgängers, ventriloquists, and puppets, reflecting on architecture, refuge, and transformation.
