Grande Brera Unveils Ambitious 2025-2026 Exhibition Season
The Grande Brera complex in Milan, which opened last year, has revealed its exhibition schedule spanning from September 2025 to mid-2026. According to Director Angelo Crespi, the venue serves as a cultural nexus that bridges ancient and modern art. Kicking off the season on October 16 is a retrospective of Bice Lazzari, showcasing more than 110 pieces. Giovanni Frangi's installation, 'Nobu at Elba Redux,' will also be featured. In January, a photography exhibition dedicated to Giovanni Gastel will commence, followed by work from William Kentridge in February. From May to August, the Pinacoteca di Brera will present an exhibition on Giovanni Agostino da Lodi. Additionally, the Biblioteca Nazionale Braidense will launch on October 10 with 'Costume Jewelry,' followed by displays on Edoarda Masi, Pier Paolo Pasolini, and Umberto Eco.
