Granada Form's 25-Square-Foot White ADU in Angelino Heights

A 25-square-foot white cubic accessory dwelling unit (ADU) designed by Granada Form has become a trending neighborhood locus in Angelino Heights, Los Angeles, particularly among coffee aficionados. The project, completed in 2025, features crisp rectilinear cutouts across its façade. The design team includes Isaac Watters and Sydney Wayser, both interdisciplinary creatives and musicians; Wayser is also an interior designer, and Watters is an architect.
