Graham Baba Architects has completed the adaptive reuse of West Canal Yards, a former fish processing facility along Seattle's Ship Canal. The project, completed in 2025, encompasses 30,000 square feet across two buildings that once housed a freezer and processing operations. The architecture firm led the design, with engineering contributions from Ecotope (mechanical), Case Engineering (electrical), KPFF (structural), and Aspect (other). Landscape architecture was handled by Hewitt and JETT Landscape Architecture & Design, while Rushing and Case provided lighting design and A3 Acoustics handled acoustics. The project was curated by Susanna Moreira and photographed by Ed Sozinho. Category: Commercial Architecture.
