GraffitiStreet Maps 23 Surviving Banksy Works Across London in 2026

GraffitiStreet has published a guide to 23 credible Banksy works still surviving in London as of 23 July 2026. Banksy has created over 50 stencils, murals, installations and sculptural interventions across the capital over more than 25 years, but most have disappeared due to council paint-overs, theft, vandalism or removal. The surviving works range from the flag-blinded statue at Waterloo Place (confirmed by Banksy on Instagram on 30 April 2026) to faded classics like the Royal Family mural on Stoke Newington Church Street from circa 2001. Notable entries include the Royal Courts of Justice Protester (September 2025), now reduced to a ghostly trace after authorities removed the image; the Stargazing Children at Centre Point and Queen's Mews (December 2025), addressing youth homelessness; the Extinction Rebellion mural at Marble Arch (April 2019); and the Tree mural on Hornsey Road (March 2024), which has been damaged but remains protected. The guide also covers works in various states: some clear and publicly visible, others damaged, obscured, or relocated. The list includes the Velázquez graffiti painter at Maramia Café in Notting Hill (2008), the Elephants from the 2024 animal series, and the Robbo Rat on Chiswell Street, entangled in Banksy's feud with graffiti writer King Robbo.
