Gorillas delivers artist-designed groceries during Turin Art Week
From November 5 to 11, 2021, the German delivery app Gorillas is offering a limited-edition serigraph by artist Oliviero Fiorenzi with every order placed in Turin during the city's art week, which includes the Artissima fair. The project, called GorillART, is the company's first art collection. Fiorenzi's print depicts red boots and blue flowers, symbolizing walking as an alternative urban mobility and respect for food. The initiative aims to make art accessible, mirroring Gorillas' focus on quality and accessibility. Ilaria Squicciarini, Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Gorillas, stated the company was struck by Fiorenzi's energetic and welcoming style. The serigraphs are screen-printed on zinc plates and will be delivered to customers' homes. Gorillas was founded by CEO Kağan Sümer.
