Good StArt charity auction for neurological care in Milan

The third edition of Good StArt, a charity auction of contemporary art, design, and photography, will be held on November 28, 2024, at the TOG Foundation's center in Via Livigno 1, Milan. The auction will be conducted by Cristiano De Lorenzo, managing director of Christie's Italy. A preview exhibition of the lots will open on November 14 and run until November 27. The lots are displayed within the rehabilitation center to showcase TOG's mission. The auction is part of TOG Cultura, which merges art and therapy. According to Madella Noja, beauty is integral to rehabilitation. The new TOG center, inaugurated last year, was funded by previous editions. The auction is supported by Christie's, Fondazione BPM, Open Care, chef Carlo Cracco, and publisher Johan & Levi. The technical committee involved artists and galleries. Participating galleries include Raffella Cortese, Gaburro, Brun Fine Art, Studio Trisorio, and Il Milione. Artists include Emilio Isgrò, Keila Guilarte, Sonia Costantini, Guido Harari, Fabio Giampietro, and Enrico Rassu. About 40 works have been donated. The TOG Carlo de Benedetti Center offers free services for children with neurological conditions, including a hydrotherapy pool, fablab, specialist clinics, immersive technology rooms, and a bistrot.
