Glyph Launches Capture+ CFexpress 4.0 Memory Cards and Reader for Professional Content Creators

Glyph has introduced the Capture+ series, its first line of CFexpress Type B memory cards and a corresponding card reader. These cards, ranging from 256GB to 4TB, provide consistent write speeds between 550 MB/s and 3,000 MB/s, achieving maximum performance of 3,700 MB/s for reading and 3,500 MB/s for writing. The Capture+ CFexpress Type B 4.0 Memory Card Reader can handle read/write speeds of up to 5,000 MB/s and comes with a USB-C 4.0 40GB/s cable. Although no cameras currently utilize the maximum speeds of CFexpress 4.0, the cards maintain backward compatibility. Built to be durable, they are backed by a five-year warranty. Pre-orders are open, with shipping anticipated by the end of April, and prices ranging from $200 to $1,800.
