January 2026 will see major exhibitions taking place globally. At Instituto Tomie Ohtake in São Paulo, Tarik Kiswanson's 'Limiar' delves into themes of migration and memory, available until 25 January. Monira Al Qadiri's 'Chameleon,' displayed at ARKEN Museum, reflects on Kuwait's transition to petrochemicals and is open until 6 April. Shahryar Nashat's 'Raw is the Red' can be viewed at Aspen Art Museum until 26 April. The Seoul Museum of Art presents 'PROXIMITIES,' featuring 110 pieces by 47 UAE artists through 29 March. Additionally, Ahmet Doğu İpek's works at Tate St Ives will be exhibited until 8 March, while 'And After' at the Cultural Foundation showcases 15 artists until 22 February. Ishara Art Foundation's 'Amphibian Aesthetics' focuses on climate and migration until 31 March, and Hassan Hajjaj's series at Aga Khan Museum is available until 31 May. Finally, Hera Büyüktaşcıyan's 'Phantom Quartet' at Arter will remain open until 9 August.
