Glasstire Highlights Asian American Artists for Heritage Month
In honor of Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, which was created in 1979 and later extended to May in 1990 by President George H.W. Bush, Glasstire has curated a selection of articles spotlighting Asian American artists. This compilation features interviews and critiques spanning from 2015 to 2026. Cammie Tipton-Amini spoke with Minwoo Lee regarding his photography, while Morgan Page discussed Jean Shon's exhibition at the Community Artists' Collective in Houston. Jessica Fuentes highlighted Roger Shimomura's "American Infantry #4" at the Amon Carter Museum.
