Giulia Mangoni's Site-Specific Installation Opens at Palazzo Borromeo During Milan Art Week 2026

exhibition · 2026-04-17

As part of Milan Art Week 2026, which coincides with the launch of miart, artist Giulia Mangoni introduced a unique installation called "Polisemie del visibile" at Palazzo Borromeo. This work, located at Antonini Milano's space, engages with the historic frescoes of "Giochi Borromeo." Mangoni's artwork reinterprets courtly iconography, bringing to life animals, human figures, and plant elements. Presented by LCA Studio Legale through its "Law is Art!" program, this project highlights the firm's ongoing support for miart since 2015. The installation, created in partnership with LCA, ArtNoble Gallery, Antonini Milano, Apice, and ARTE Generali, opened yesterday and will be accessible until June 30, 2026, at Piazza Borromeo 12, Milan, pushing the boundaries of traditional exhibition styles.
