Girolamo Marri's Exhibition at Italian Consulate in Cape Town

During the Cape Town Art Fair, Italian artist Girolamo Marri is exhibiting his works at the Consulate of Italy in Cape Town, located at 64 Wale Street. The exhibition features medium and small format pieces on large black painted surfaces, incorporating signs, symbols, and writing to challenge viewers' perceptions. The project is curated by Capo d'Arte, a nonprofit organization based in Gagliano del Capo, founded by Francesca Bonomo and Francesco Petrucci. Under the curatorship of Massimo Torrigiani, Capo d'Arte has previously hosted international artists like Yang Fudong, Soundwalk Collective, and Shilpa Gupta. The fair runs until February 19.
