Gianni Colosimo's Dollar-Bill Wallpaper Covers 1,000 Square Meters at Pack Galleria

Gianni Colosimo's exhibition 'Wallpaper (The vortex of desire has no horizon)' at Pack Galleria in Milan, running from September 22 to November 4, 2006, covers 1,000 square meters of walls and floor with custom-made dollar-bill wallpaper. The show marks his return to the Italian scene after earlier exhibitions at Persano in Turin with 'Freud mein Freund' and at Castello di Rivoli. Colosimo was also known for his performance 'The Deep Sleep of the Trapeze-Artist' in Antwerp. The work continues his exploration of symbolic forms in contemporary history from a new perspective.
