Giacomo Guidi Opens Contemporary Cluster in Rome with Alessandro Cannistrà

exhibition · 2026-05-05

Galleria Giacomo Guidi inaugurates Contemporary Cluster, a new multi-disciplinary space in Rome's Aventino district, on November 11, 2016. The gallery, which has had previous locations in central Rome, Gianicolo, Corso Vittorio, and Trastevere, now occupies a large industrial venue at Via Luigi Robecchi Brichetti 12. The inaugural project, Contemporary Cluster #01, features artist Alessandro Cannistrà (born 1975 in Rome). The space simultaneously operates across visual art, photography, video, jewelry, metals, design, fashion, music, and vehicles (motorcycles and cars), and includes a rare vinyl shop, a bookshop curated by Colli Independent, and a lounge area. Cannistrà's exhibition presents new works created in collaboration with professionals from various fields, exploring themes of nature as 'everything' through smoke, light, and sound to create uneasy visions and ethereal landscapes. The show runs from November 12, 2016, to January 15, 2017.
