Gensler to design Trump Tower Tbilisi, Georgia's tallest building
The Trump Organization has announced plans for Trump Tower Tbilisi, a 70-story skyscraper that will be the tallest building in Georgia, designed by Gensler. This marks their first project in the Caucasus and will feature high-end residences, luxury shopping, dining, and lifestyle amenities with views of the Central Park in Tbilisi. Eric Trump, the executive vice president, noted that this venture continues the family’s legacy in luxury real estate. Partnering on the project are companies like Biograpi Living and Archi Group. This announcement comes as Tbilisi experiences a population increase, notably with around 110,000 Russians moving there since the invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The organization also has ongoing projects in the U.S., India, and Uruguay, with future developments planned in Bucharest, Vietnam, and Jeddah. More architectural details will be released soon.
