In Tbilisi, Georgia, the Trump Organization is set to construct a 70-story skyscraper, which will become the tallest structure in the nation. The design, created by Gensler, is part of a broader development that will feature upscale apartments and retail spaces near Central Park in northwestern Tbilisi. Eric Trump emphasized that this initiative upholds the Trump legacy, collaborating with partners such as Biograpi Living, Archi Group, The Sapir Organization, Blox Group, and Finvest Georgia.
