Genoa's Rolli Days Returns in September 2024 with New Openings
The autumn edition of the Rolli Days will take place on September 21–22, 2024, for the first time coinciding with the International Boat Show of Genoa, held at the new Waterfront di Levante designed by Renzo Piano. Two major novelties include the reopening of the restored garden of Palazzo Bianco and the return of Palazzo Gio Carlo Brignole in Piazza della Meridiana 2 to the list of visitable sites. The event, dedicated to Genoa's UNESCO World Heritage palazzi (designated in 2006), expands access to 36 open sites with free guided tours by scientific communicators. Marina Stella, Director General of Confindustria Nautica, noted the Boat Show's 64 editions as a unique heritage blending tradition and innovation, running from September 19–24. In October, from 11–13, the city will host Ianua – Genoa in the Middle Ages, a new project modeled on the Rolli Days format, exploring medieval Genoa through guided visits to key sites.
