Genoa's Rolli Days and Euroflora 2025: Palaces, Gardens, and Night Openings
The spring edition of the Rolli Days in Genoa will take place on April 26-27 and May 3-4, 2025, for the first time coinciding with Euroflora (April 24-May 4), the international plant and flower exhibition returning after 14 years to the new Waterfront di Levante designed by architect Renzo Piano. Over 50 historic palaces and villas across the city will open for free guided tours, with a focus on nature and green spaces. The event features 105 scientific communicators, 30% from across Italy, trained and paid. Special evening openings are scheduled for Saturday, May 3. Scientific curator Giacomo Montanari emphasized sustainability, youth employment, and the role of the University of Genoa. Main sponsor La Galleria BPER opens its Genoa venue, displaying its Baroque collection with works by Anton Van Dyck, Veronese, Bernardo Strozzi, and Guercino, plus the exhibition "Rubaldo Merello. Colori di Liguria. Fiori e natura" from its corporate collection.
