Geneviève Racette performs at Péniche Antipode in Paris

Canadian folk-pop artist Geneviève Racette, recognized by Rolling Stone and winner of Canadian Folk Music Awards, will perform at the Péniche Antipode in Paris. The evening begins at 8:00 PM with a cinematic opening by Jeancristophe (Jean-Christophe Cheneval), a CNSM graduate and composer for Arte, accompanied by pianist Simon Fache. They will present the album 'Que sombrent les hommes', mixed by Dominique Blanc-Francard, described as a 'plush pop lounge' with spaghetti western influences. At 9:15 PM, Racette takes the stage with an exclusive EP for Europe and her new single 'Common Denominator'. She will preview songs from her upcoming album 'Golden', scheduled for 2026. Racette has previously performed at festivals Osheaga and The Great Escape.
