Generali Funds Site-Specific Artworks at Ca' Corniani Estate in Caorle

The Ca' Corniani estate, a historic site located in Caorle near Venice, is advancing its fusion of modern art and farming through the initiative known as "Concorso per le Tre Soglie." This project will feature site-specific installations by five artists: Monica Bonvicini, Alberto Garutti, Carsten Höller, Tobias Rehberger, and Remo Salvadori, positioned at the estate's entry points. Organized by Eight Art Project, under the direction of Elena Tettamanti and co-curated with Antonella Soldaini, it centers on the theme of "threshold." The winners will be revealed on October 12, 2017, with the official opening set for May 2018 during the Venice Architecture Biennale. A jury comprising prominent figures from various organizations will oversee the selection process. This effort is part of a larger landscape development strategy initiated by LAND in 2014.
