Gelli Arts Handmade Card Kit Tutorial for Impressionist Lily Ponds

The process involves cutting lily pad masks from heavyweight paper, applying green, yellow, and white acrylic paint to the gel plate, and making a first print. A second layer of blues, white, and lavender is added and lightly blended. Lily pad masks are placed on the wet paint for a second print. After drying, details such as lines, dots, and lilies are added with paint pens, chalk pastels, or acrylic paint. The finished prints can be glued to folded blank cards and presented as a Mother's Day gift.
